AUNT JESSIE'S FRESH
FRUIT CRUNCH
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powder
1 raw egg (med. to large)
1/3 cup margarine
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients to blend. Rub in raw egg and mix thoroughly
with fork until crumbs form. Place ANY FRESH FRUIT in a cake pan
or square pan. Sweeten slightly if fruit is sour or add spices if
desired. Sprinkle crumbs on top to cover.
Melt margarine and pour over top of crumb mixture. Bake 40 minutes
at 350° or until golden brown. (Makes enough crumb mixture for
approx. two cake pans or one 9 x 13" pan.)
