STRAWBERRY CAKE
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix - water, eggs & 1/2 cup oil
1 8-oz. cream cheese & 1/2 cup milk
1 large box instant vanilla pudding & 1 1/2 cups milk
Directions:
Bake cake mix in 9 x 13" pan. Divide cake in half when cooled.
Whip cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add pudding and remaining
milk and mix all together until smooth. Spread over one layer of
cake. Place other layer on top.
Arrange slices of fresh strawberries on the top of the cake. Spread
a packages of strawberry glaze carefully over them. Refrigerate.
Server with whipped cream.
