SCALLOPED BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
10 to 12-ozs. of fresh broccoli
1 stick or 1/2 cup of butter or margarine / divided
1/2 lb. chopped velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. ritz crackers
Directions:
Cook fresh broccoli until tender: drain. Add 1/2
stick or 1/4 cup of butter and chopped Velveeta cheese and stir.
Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Crush 1/2 lb. Ritz crackers and mix with 1/2 stick or 1/4 cup softened
butter or margarine. Sprinkle cracker mixture on top of broccoli
and bake 20-30 minutes at 350°.
