PICADILLO
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, peeled & chopped
1/2 cup pimento olives, halved
1 green pepper, chopped
garlic
mushrooms, sliced
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
Brown meat; add garlic, onion and mushrooms - saute. Stir in tomatoes,
olives, green pepper and oregano. (Salt and pepper are optional.)
Stir occasionally. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
