EASY GRAPE JAM
Ingredients:
3 lbs. concord grapes,taken off the stems and washed
3 lbs. granulated sugar (or 6-3/4 cups, level)
Directions:
Mix grapes and sugar. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil 20 minutes. Put
through a colander to remove the skins and seeds. Pour into clean
prepared glasses while still piping hot. Seal with mealted parafin.
(Cook at a low heat, stirring often, so that jam doesn't scorch.)
