COLE SLAW
Ingredients:
Dressing:
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Vegetables:
3 cups chopped cabbage
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 cup grated carrot
Directions:
Combine the dressing ingredients. Stir together until sugar dissolves.
Add this dressing to the prepared vegetables and mix well. Serve
chilled.
